Management responsibilities will be, but not limited to, exuding a sense of warm hospitality to all our guests, overseeing the Tock reservation book, financial competency, being mindful of labor costs, staff scheduling, assistance with ordering CGS, staff training, constant communication with Chefs, holding the team accountable to perform at a Michelin star level of service, and occasionally assisting with wine service.Under the leadership of Chef Philip Tessier, the PRESS culinary team draws inspiration from around the globe while staying rooted in the style and ingredients that make the Napa Valley so special.Join this talented team and be a part of establishing PRESS and future restaurant projects as leaders in the hospitality industry!
